Assessments
During an initial assessment, our therapists complete a range of assessments to determine underlying causes of functional difficulties.
This includes administration standardised and non-standardised assessments, as well as an interview with the person and their family.
Following an assessment, we make recommendations to work towards your goals. Things we might recommend include sessions to learn new skills, equipment items or environmental modifications.
Skill building
We offer skill building sessions to achieve goals and improve independence with daily activities.
Individualised occupational therapy sessions are available to people across all age groups, conditions and diagnoses.
We always see people in their own environments to ensure that skills can be practiced in real life.
We also offer parent or caregiver coaching so that skill building can be continued outside of therapy.

We have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults who experience a diverse range of conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delay, intellectual disability, psychosocial, physical, and neurological disabilities.
